Do I need permission from my community to install glass curtains?
In most cases, yes, but it is usually a simple process. Since our systems are frameless (no vertical profiles) and fully retractable, they are often considered «temporary structures» that do not alter the building’s façade. We recommend checking with your Community President, but our systems are widely accepted across the Costa Blanca.
Are the glass curtains safe against strong winds?
Absolutely. We manufacture our systems using 10mm tempered safety glass. This material is up to five times stronger than regular glass and is designed to withstand the strong winds and storms typical of the Mediterranean coast.
How do I clean the outside of the glass?
Safety is our priority. Our system allows you to slide and fold each glass panel inwards. This means you can clean the outside face of the glass comfortably from the inside of your terrace, without having to lean out or use dangerous ladders.
